Tikona — Didnt get refund of my payment | |||
I took Tikona broadband and made advance payment of 2520. But after 2 months due to network issue Tikona had stopped the service and Tikona technical person told me to disconnect the connection. I had disconnect the connection, in month of JAN 2016. From last two months am taking follow up but Tikona is not returning my refund and in last week tikona sent me a mail about 0 Rs. due from Tikona end. TIKONA NETHER PAID MONEY AND NOR CALL ME FOR STATUS UPDATE. Was this information helpful? | |||
