[Resolved] Tikona Digital Internet Provider — Not able to use internet even after payment | |||||
I have recharge color voucher Rs.599 but stilll not able to use internet due to just Rs. 3 is outstanding. Now their website wont allow to pay my unbilled amount (Rs. 3) even i tried with Rs 100 but still their system won't allow to pay. So, due to bug in their system, i am not able to connect my internet service for atleast a week even after successful payment of Rs. 599. More importantly, their telcaller, Sales + Technical + superiror are very unresposive and nobody trying to resolved the issue. Techical caller informed to contact sales and sales team informed to contacct technical team. STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO USE TIKONA FOR THEIR WORST SERVICE.
