Tikona Digital — Internet services poor quality | |||
I have taken tikona internet services (Id:[protected]) in march-16 and it has been 2 months since taking connection but i have not got seemless services even a single day. I have registered complaint 3 times but not even a single time any person visited my home to see the issues. The sales person praveen kumar [protected] who told me while installation that contact me anytime in case of any issue has not picked any call even after contacting more than 100 times in 2 months and at last when he picked call he abused me. Is this the way to treat customers? If you have any shame left just act on such betrayers like praveen kumar who are maligning your company's name. Sumit arora Was this information helpful? | |||
