[Resolved] Tikona Digital Networks — Harassment calls from Tikona | |||
I have been a customer of tikona with user ID [protected] and was not satisfied with their services from the day one . I have been registering the complaints regularly but everytime my complaints were closed without visit of any of the representative( some of the complaints ) [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] . I got transferred from my current location and also requested for the termination of my account but to my utter surprise next day executive came and collected my equipment stating that it will be settled . Now after 2 months I have been getting calls from the legal deppt for the inflated amount for which they have charged the equipment as well. Now the concerned executive is untraceable and came to know that he has left the job. I have been trying to contact the appliate authority but still there is no concrete solution for the same instead parallely I have been receiving calls from their legal team which doesn't know how to speak and in a threatning mode always even to the elder people as well. I will advocate to every one not to subscribe to TIKONA ever as they are fulltime unprofessional & badly managed all put together leave apart the speed & services !!!
