Hi, Tikona team previous one week ago we have registered the complaint 5 times but still not resolve the problem now have face the same problem, whenever we have open the system not connected the your tikona net access. Requested to you please confirm the status when you have resolved the problem, Tikona team your local customer support provider not good response by the call, They ask by phone please contact the company... this is not a solution?
