[Resolved] Tikona Digital Networks Private Limited — Poor Broadband Internet Connection | |||
We are using Tikona Broadband Internet Connection. Since a long time (1.5 yrs) we are facing the connectivity issue i.e while surfing the Internet through Tikona and after several complaints on daily basis they are not aware or able to solve the problem. After lodging the complaints they assure us the problem will be resolved but the problem remains same i.e either we can not connect to the Internet through Tikona or the speed is too slow to access. Lot of people are disconnecting TIKONA due to their inability of providing service to customers. Tikona is severely loosing its business. TIKONA's technician told me this. You better look for better broadband service provider.
