I have been complaining about poor speed & continuous disconnection in Internet service for last 5 days. No one from the technical team has turned up to check. I have made at-least 10 calls in customer care & their response is the same every time "It will be resolved in 2 hours & if not then a technical person will come to your place". USER ID: [protected] Complain Ref: 1-[protected] & 1-[protected] I have subscribed the connection on 7th April only & within these 20 days my experience has been horrible. I was able to avail the Internet service merely for 10 days. I would not like to continue the service & also claim the refund of my 3 month subscription. I wish to drag them to the court for cheating me over and over. They even don't disconnect your connection if you request. And if you don't pay the bill they will send you a legal notice with a lump sum amount including late fee interest etc. Please let me know the state consumer protection office is able to fix your issue.
