Dear Team, This is the complain no. I make on 1-[protected]. - 30/06/2016 for connectivity problem & not get any solution. Since last 40 days, I was too much bothered by tikona company, there was a problem in my internet connectivity & I had lodge around a dozen mail to Tikona & called around 30 - 35 times, but they always make false commitment & even their technical team in Indore was not able to solve my problem. I was a regular customer of tikona but from last 40 days I am having too much problem of connectivity, for that I had complained many times but my complaint not resolved, so i decided to quit the connection, when I wrote a mail in that context then their representatives making commitment of solving problem in 48 hrs, 72hrs, their 3 - 4 technical engineers visit my home & all declare that there is no any problem from my end, so i make a decision to wind up connection, but after that their team sending me a bill for June - 16, I denied to pay that bill, after a long discussion with their representative the conclusion was as follows. "This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below. Dear Customer, Greetings from Tikona! We valued your patronage & we thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. As per our telephonic conversation on (Mobile Number :[protected]), please find below new plan detail of RET_ADBBY4M999. 1) Plan Name: RET_ADBBY4M999 2) Plan Charges: 999 + 14.5 % Service Tax = RS.1144/- 3) Validity: 12months 4) Speed: 4mbps 5) Usage Limit: 20GB If you wish to continue with the service with new plan ADBBY4M999 then we would request you to please make the payment of Rs.0 /- (current outstanding amount) + 1144 (advance rental of new plan ADBBY4M999 including service tax) and revert us back to proceed with your plan change request. Regards, Customer Care Tikona Digital Networks" after that their customer care representative call me by saying that this was old tarrif, if you pay INR1150/-(inclusive of ST) then you can get a 60GB 4 MBPS Connection speed, with life time usage. Then I made a payment of Rs.1150/- to them on 30/06/2016 Dear Subscriber, Thank you for your Tikona payment. Find below the details: BAN :[protected] Payment Amount (Rs Ps): 1150 Payment Date :[protected] Payment ID : 1-[protected] Transaction ID* : [protected]TPC[protected] Payment status : SUCCESS Till the day I had made the payment my internet is totally dis connected from the DP, I was not able to log in to tikona home page.
