[Resolved] Tikona Digital Networks — Worst experience from Tikona services | |||
Ive been a customer for Tikona Broadband service since 3 years. Recently we moved from Lakdikapool to Srinagar Colony and the customer service representative confirmed that we will get the same UNLIMITED download plan with 2 MBPS Speed every 3 months with a charge of INR 3500. So, we agreed to continue with Tikona Broadband service to continue at our new location from 7th December 2013. But now we are getting only 0.3 MBPS since the past 2 days. We contacted your technical support team and they mentioned that we used up our download limit and we may or may not get 0.5 MBPS of speed now. Ive tried to speak to a supervisor as this is unacceptable but the girl transferred my call to commercial team who still tried to convince me with the same details which are absolutely wrong. Finally i spoke with a supervisor named Divya who said that we have unlimited plan but there is a download limit for it which i'm really not able to find any logic in that statement she made. I've been using Tikona service since 3 years but ever since we got the connection moved to my new location i have been going though all these lies. This is completely unacceptable. Attached are the document since the last 9 months of bill which clearly mentions that there is no download limit to my plan and the speed test result which shows i'm getting 0.3 MBPS instead of 2 MBPS. Tikona is robbing customers with their stupid stories. Was this information helpful? | |||
