Tikona Digital Services — Poor internet services and Bill Payment fraud. | |||
Hi, My name is Amit Holkar and My Tikona Service ID No [protected] & Billing Account Number[protected], I requested for tikona braod connection and Made 3 Months Advance payment of Rs. 6000, In the first month, I faced lot of problem with the Tikona connection, it use to disconnect in every 5 to 10 minutes and I need to call customer care and they used to tell me same thing that fiber is cut down in your area, Internet connection will be connected in next 30 minutes, and when I call them after 30 minutes, I get another excuse from them, I have almost more than 100 complaint numbers with me, And after few day they started not picking up my call because I used to call 50 to 60 times daily, then I called the are manager (Hirendra) for the issue. Manager behaved very rudely and told me I dont have time to check your issue, call customer care, and when I asked to take legal action against them, he told me jo ukhadna hai ukadlo nhi hoga tumhara connection chalu. Finally after 1 this I decided to disconnect the Tikona Broad band connection. I have copy of mail with me regarding the disconnection. After that I didn't used ther connection, after 2 months I got a Bill of Rs. 1700 and used to get so many calls to pay bill and I mentioned the same issue to more than 50 vendors, that I have made a request of disconnection 2 months before, you should refund my two months advance payment even 3 because your internet connection never worked and I already paid 3 months advance payment and used internet connection not even for 1 month.. I told them not to call me or I have to take legal action against them. And today I got a legal notice mail from them regarding the payment. Before this one of the Manager (Amit Porwal) came to my office to continue the connection and promised me that i will not get the same issue again and even they will give me extra 2 mbs speed, but I said no to him and said I already got the connection from Rajesh Patel Net services and there service is really good. Manager said to me he will adjust the payment and they took all there devices like Modem and Fiber device and I have the receipt of that as well. So I will take now legal action agains tikona digital services, I have each and every proof with me. I will recommend each and everyone Not to use Tikona Digital Service, they are fraud, if you want to waste your money, which you or you parents earned by lot of hard work then you should go with Tikona Digital Service. What is full and final Payment ?, You should refund me my 2 months advanced payment, as I used only one Month services, even it was horrible experience.

Are You kidding me, why i should pay you, when I never used your poor services. you should refund my money, the advance payment of 3 months I paid you. I used your service only for a month, because it was not worth at all.
