Dear Sir, We are using your wifi for more than 02 years, we found your services are the worst one. We are your user no. [protected] since almost 10 days its not working. I tried to login thru several sources but nothing works I called up Mr. Rajendra who fitted the system he never picks up phone. Somehow he picked up yesterday and asked me to lodge a complaint to toll free no. I did so and got a message at 4 pm that I will get support engineer no. In 04 hours till now no nos. Or call received. Anyway we are not satisfied with your services and want to disconnect your connection w.e.f. Pls treat it urgent and disconnect and refund of due amount. Yours Sanjay Kaushik
