Tikona — Disconnect tikona internet connection is hell

My tikona user ID is [protected].
I had sent my 2nd disconnection request on 11 Oct 2015(before the billing cycle period). I got reply that i need not pay the bill and account will get deactivated.
Its been 2 months after and I am getting bills every month. Totally I had sent 6 mails for disconnection and 2 phone calls for disconnection request.

No 1 is turned up. I have seen multiple complaints here like this.
Please do the need full.

A bill amount of 2000 has come and for your information I am not going to pay this.
