Tikona — DISCONNECTING INTERNET | |||
I want to disconnect the Internet completely. Your company is a mere sham. My internet is disconnected since 3 months. I have Complaint but you did nothing. I have paid for 2 months extra and you didn't rectify the problem faced by me. On 14 may i sent a request to disconnect the Internet. I even talked to one of your operators from mumbai branch even then the Internet is not disconnected till now. They have sent me mail that my Rs500 bil is outstanding. That can't be possible because my Internet is not working since 3 months and a month ago i have filed disconnection request. Even i taked to 2 operator calls from tikona, one of whom was from mumbai branch and i requested both the operators to disconnect my internet.
