Tikona — Disconnecting my connection in October 3015 | |||||
I am highly disappointed with Tikona service as it is not customer ecentric. I logged a complaint via call to disconnect my connection in October starting as i had paid the September 2015 bill and had not use any data after that but they didnt disconnect it and dont gave the complaint number thereafter. I tried to call again but have to wait for almost 1 hr on call and no customer care person attended the call. Then i mailed them regarding the same to disconnect the connection but got a automated reply that this is not the correct mail id. I continously mailed them but no response from tikona. Till today 30 Apr 2016 i am getting mail for pending bill for which i have not used the connection and they are adding 100 rs per month for which i am not liable to pay the amount. I was totally disappointed with the service and i will logged a complaint in consumer forum if needed because i have all mail trails from october 2015 where i am requesting tikona to disconnect the connection and stop sending the mails.
