[Resolved] Tikona — Disconnection and mental harassment | |||||
User Id: [protected] Despite my repetitive complaints on various platforms and unusual formal replies from the company, it has been seen that the issue has reached to its limits and no actions has been taken till date. Ref No:1-[protected] Date: 22.02.2017 Which has been registered for the disconnection on 07.03.2017 is been still in progress and when asked for the details, then no confirmation is given for the same. I have been kept on hold for several minutes and then unusual out of context points are been given to restore my connection. Not a single point of progress is done and they are fooling me from the day one. Also Date: 22.02.2017 Complaint has been registered for the speed and connection issue. My plan is 6 Mbps unlimited plan, which due to the company's technical error was made less than 1 Mbps speed. when a complaint was registered no action was taken and still in progress. Rather the net connection was totally stopped from 22.02.2017, whereas the payment is done till 07.03.2017. and thereafter it was requested to disconnect. I had forwarded several mails and phone calls to customer care.I had to spend Rs.50 daily in calling the customer care which has almost cost me more than Rs. 300 till date. No one bothers to resolve the issues, rather yesterday I received a call after 3 days of my complaint. The customer care executive again started explaining me and tried to insist me in keeping the connection. This has been a mental harassment to me that is done by the company. Every time they assure me the resolution will be done in 2 hours and not a single progress is seen. I am not paying 1200 bucks monthly to the company to sit ideal and to check on their technical issues. I need a complete half month (Around Rs.600 ) refund from the company because the connection is disrupted 15 days before the stipulated time given to them. I am hereby attaching my complaint registered, my payments that is done to the company (No due till date), and my session history from 07.02.2017 to 26-02.2017 which account to usage of around 34 Gb only.
