Complaint
1) We started with a pre-paid Tikona connection in 2020 but the company kept on renewing our plan without our consent and we were continuously harassed over the years to continue keeping the connection every time we raised a request for disconnection
2) This year in July we decided not to pay the renewal invoice as the connection was once again renewed without our consent,
3) In September Tikona automatically suspended our connection because of nonpayment and we were sent an email to pay the outstanding INR 1479.11.
4) We paid the dues to ensure that no further harassment will be done, but despite our numerous requests over call and WhatsApp Tikona team isn't ready to leave us alone.
5) We have been continuously chased to pay the renewal invoice of roughly 8K although the connection is suspended and they are not taking the request for disconnection
6) This is a formal complaint for a) Not Disconnecting the Connection b) Receipt of Bills Despite Payments c) Threatening Calls/ Misbehaviour d) Unsatisfactory Redressal
