They are not disconnecting the service irrespective we have asked them many times. Also they need to refund an additional payment of 800Rs, that we did as they said that we will get service at new location, which did not happened.
I have emails and call recordings of everything if required.
Lot of time wastage to follow up with a new customer executive every time Lot of time to send out emails
