[Resolved] Tikona — Disconnection | |||
I have given the cancellation request on 26-Dec-2016. Ever since, I have gotten 5-10 calls regarding why I want to opt for disconnection. Each time, I explain my problem and it's just like they don't value your feedback and are just delaying to get few more money from us and everytime I speak to a new representative. I have recorded all my conversations with Tikona. I will wait 1 week for their reply. After that, I'm suing them in consumer court and get my compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
