Tikona — Disconnection

User id [protected] tikona is not disconnecting the service and issuing the bill.
I have registered disconnection on 2 september but they registered request on 4 september after that i got call and i have told to disconnect
but they have not taken any action and on 7 september they issue bill. This not fair

I have tried to register the tikona forum but from your side there is no activation link of tikona forum account and as per my request no one come to disconnect after 12 days
