[Resolved]  Tikona — disconnection issues

Dear sir \ madam, I am a user of tikona from 1 yr, i had applied for yearly Internet scheme paid in advance. I have had issues all over the year with no connectivity, bad weather, bad adapter etc.etc.now I don't want to continue wit this connection and had applied for disconnection whenever I got a call for renewal, but they registered this request on 26th June and generated a auto bill oon 2dth June without me applying for a renewal, now they are forcing me to make a payment or they will do legal proceedings.
