Tikona — Disconnection of Broadband | |||
Dear Sir, I mailed tikona care to remove broaband connection before one month and also said same to the customer care executive. I haven't got any revert from tikona regarding removal of connection. I have told them that it is not in use because I have shifted to another place and I am not satisfied with the service provided by the company. They are sending bill continuously.
