[Resolved] Tikona — disconnection of broadband | |
We have requested to disconnect broadband of no [protected] which is we are using since last 2 yrs. And now we are requesting them to disconnect due to issues arise in between i. E. Connection issue.in spite of low uses heavy charges loading. For disconnect we first emailed them on 03.10.2017 before billing cycle starts. And thereafter many reminders but till date they didn't send anybody to remove their instruments instead they are calling me and disturbing me.
