[Resolved] Tikona — Disconnection of broadband service | |||||
I have written to you about the disconection of my service about two weeks ago And yo have forwarded the same to Tikona. But it seems the matter has not been settled. Only Tikona has emailed me the matter will be resolved after their meeting on 9th April. Strange thing I keep getting SMS and email from them to pay to due for April with additional charge. Not a word about disconection of service. I just can't understand what they are driving at? What's the procedure for termination of service?. Do the customer has to bribe someone? At least they should make it clear in email to me. I'm at great loss to understand these things in our great country. The have not uttered a word in email to me about termination of service. Only repeated phone calls to dissuade me from terminating the service. I don't have computer not router from last 6th March. All I can do is wait for their whims.
