[Resolved] Tikona — disconnection of internet - harassment | |||||
Date: april 2017 to till now Account no: [protected] Status: disconnected, but not yet resolved. We were using tikona internet service for the period of 8 months from august-2016 to april-2017. Due to bad network connection and improper customer service, we could not use internet from around january. So, we procured two other internet connections for our organization. We followed all formalities mentioned by a tikona technical agent before proceeding to the disconnection request. We were tired of facing their network interruptions and making complaints. So we sent the service disconnection request to tikona customer care on 20-april-2017. We paid everything up until april, even though we didn’t use internet from jan to april. Until now, we haven’t received any acknowledgement from tikona. But from the month of may, they started giving payment reminder calls, mails and sms for the zero internet usage. That was really frustrating. Firstly, we called and sent mails to the tikona customer care and clarified all the previous troubles that we faced by their worst service. But we didn’t receive a proper reply from their end. They continued their annoyance by doing calls, sms and mails regularly. On top of everything, we received a demand notice for the non-payment of the bills on 05-oct-2017. This is really a big harassment. So we are making this complaint on tikona. Everyone, please don’t take tikona connection. Their connection and service is very bad and annoying and harassing. If tikona doesn’t stop harassing, we are planning to file a legal case against them. Resolution: kindly close this asap.
