[Resolved]  Tikona — Disconnection of Service

Dear Tikona Team, After using your service for a period exceeding one year, I wanted a disconnection due to service issues. Trying to make a complaint for my internet not working was such a tedious task for the customer, still you people havent acted well upon repeated complaints resulting in termination of services. But there is one thing you people were consistent upon: FOLLOWING UP FOR PAYMENTS. This is to bring to your notice that even after submitting a disconnection request 20 days earlier followed up with your people collecting the entire amount due and then putting down the router(disabling it) a week ago, I am getting payment calls. This has been an unnecessary disturbance; kindly get your people to collect the device and stop any further calls.
