Since last 6 months I am facing frequent internet disconnection issues almost every alternate day at periodic intervals. We have lodged numerous complaints; also met your officials couple of times regarding the same, but it was all in vain as the problem still exists. We have been given a number of reasons for the frequent disconnection.Calling customer care from last 15 days to disconnect my services, each n every time I am told your connection has been closed you will be getting confirmation message in 4hr. but till date I haven't received any of the confirmation of noncontinuous of the services.
