From past 6 days i am following tikona and requesting to disconnect my connection ([protected]). but always i am getting below reply:


Dear subscriber,
With reference to your email date 07/18/2016,

We already taken the request is registered with us and the request no:
1-[protected] is in progress.

We will be calling you from no. [protected] on your registered mobile number to address your issues within 72hrs. please save the number [protected] and attend the call.

We expect your kind cooperation with us.
Assuring you of our best attention at all times.


My reply is below:

Please don't call me on my registered mobile no...

I came to usa.

You can reach me on my mobile no:+1- [protected]

Again and again i am getting the above reply for customer care. it is request you to disconnect my connection as soon as possible so that no one can misuse the connection. please call me on my us no. or drop me the mail reg. email id.
Please let me know the final settlement money.

We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
