Tikona — Disconnection of Tikona ID [protected] Harassment through legal wing | |||||
I have used this connection from April 2015 to July 2015 at Thane (Maharashtra) India and performance was very poor so in August as i was moving out from Thane for 6 month i requested for disconnection of this id connection but Tikona didn't respond me properly and linger on my disconnection and finally collected all their equipments from my house in Sept 22nd and still go on issuing the bill even after collecting all equipments. I refuted all charges and requested for disconnection but to my surprise in Jan 2016 i received one call from their legal at DELHI that if i did not deposit Rs 1800/- by 2 pm on 7/01/2016 then they will be filing legal complaint against me in TIS HAZARI COURT New Delhi and court will summon me for the same. In order to avoid the legal tussle i deposited Rs 1800/- and informed their Lawyer to close the chapter and issue me NOC from TIKONA.
