Tikona — Disconnection of Tikona internet connection.

I raised request for Disconnection of Tikona internet connection in Month of May 2015 because of poor connection issue. I raised a request by using toll-free number also I emailed them to disconnect it.I got a reply by Tikona that they will wave of some amount from my bill. I paid the bill amount for month of May after bill correction. Now since Month of May I called them to disconnect my internet connection and emailed [protected]@tikona.in to disconnect it. But they are asking for bill amount of 1600 for 3 months and penalty amount . They are also threatening me for legal action. I have email proofs for Disconnection of Tikona internet connection.

Hi Tikona,

When I will get the answer of my grievance raised?
Why Tikona does not respond to emails and toll-free numbers?
Why Tikona threats us by calling us with help of fake Lawyers (Recovery agents)?
Why Tikona threats us for legal action?
Why Tikona does not disconnects internet connection after raising request by phone or over Email?
Why I should not file a case against you for compensation and harassment ?

Hi Tikona,

I am still getting calls from recovery agents saying they are lawyers and file case against me in Delhi if I do not pay disputed bill amount.
The number was [protected].

What is this ? Will Tikona stop doing this cheap activity?
