[Resolved] Tikona — Disconnection of TIKONA Internet Service | |||
Hello Team, I am using TIKONA wired Internet service from last 6 months in pune. I am facing problem in speed from last 2 months. I want to disconnect TIKONA Internet connection & I have given the request for the same on 4th september 2014. But They have not disconnected the TIKONA internet connection in last 20 days. Can you please make the action regarding the this. For detail I have attached the mail conversation please check and let me know if you want anymore information form my side. My complain is regarding disconnection request on 4th september. You have closed the disconnection request without infroming me.
where I want disconnection on the basis of 4th september.request and I am not using your internet serive from today 4pm onwards.
so pelase let me why you have not disconnected tikona internet service. I am to pay you the amount till 26th of september only.
please let me know your reply.
