Tikona — disconnection request as we are moving abroad. | |||
I have requested for disconnection on 28-aug-2019 and given a req id (1-[protected]), but no action is taken till then. Every day getting calls service calls and they are forcing not to disconnect the service. They said that i will get a full and final payment mail within 10 days but no mail till date. Every time i call the cusotmer care number[protected], they put the call on hold and than after 10 mins they disconnect the call. What type of service is this by tikona.
