[Resolved]  Tikona — Disconnection request done in July 2015

Hello Sir/Madam, I had requested to disconnect by Tikona Broadband connection user ID ([protected]) due to extremely slow speed and frequent disconnection on July 26 2015. Since then I have called the Tikona support multiple times on numerous occasions to have my issue resolved and to disconnect my services. However, the Tikona support representative keeps on informing that you will receive a call and always force me to continue using the services. It has been more that a month now and I am still receiving emails and messages stating to pay the monthly amount of 1128, even though I have not used the services since July 26 2015. Their customer service has been the worst I have experienced as there were many times the agents would hang up the call. Please assist as I am just requesting to stop my Tikona services and request an engineer to take away the LAN cable from my home, which is really creating much inconvenience to me. Regards.
