Dear sir/ madam, I have requested and emailed tikona for disconnection of services on 29th aug 2019, but i have still not received any confirmation mail for the disconnection. I have also cleared all my dues. We have already taken your request & the same is registered against your user id - [protected] Request no 1-[protected] tt Please disconnect the services immediately.
