Tikona — Disconnection request still not processed

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600041

After hearing that tikona used to loot money from consumer by not disconnecting broadband properly, I submitted the request 10days before my bill date. I submitted on 28/12/15 for disconnection. Request no : 1-[protected]. I even sent an email copy for this to [protected]@tikona.in but still no response from them. I am moving out of chennai on Jan 3rd 2016. Incase my request didnt get processed, I shouldnt be tortured in future by making some lawyer to call from delhi. these issues are faced by my friends. I have email copy for submit request. Dear Tikona, Please process my disconnection request asap.

Did you had time for checking on my request. It was almost 6days from ticket creation. I already asked customer care support to esclate this issue but still you guys didnt get back. Please let us know ETA for this.

Can you please specify when it will get completed. I raised ticket on 29 Dec.. a week before. Jan 7th next bill should nt get generate.
