Tikona — disconnection/termination of my tikona connection and account. | |||
Respected sir/ma'am, my tikona uid is - [protected] and my current rate plan is preulq_c5 and all my dues have been paid till the start of the next billing cycle which is on 26th of june. I wish to terminate my tikona connection at the end of the current billing cycle and i tried to contact tikona for the same but they are not responding anywhere. All their numbers only have recorded voice and they are not responding to my email. Please make sure that my connection is terminated at the earliest and that you collect your equipment from my premises as soon as possible. Kindly also make sure that i do not receive any further bills or charges. I have also filed a complaint against them on https://pgportal.gov.in/ and i have also sent an email to trai's grievance portal. Was this information helpful? | |||
