[Resolved] Tikona — Discontinuation of service | |
Hello sir, I put request for discontinuing your service on 4th april 2017. Your service executive told me that it will take around 15 days for discontinuation.in between that period tikona generated new bill. I will not going to pay that because i left that location on next day of my complaint. I contacted customer care regarding that they just told we have your complaint in our system and take this plan n that. I dont want your service anymore. If you didn't take any action i will file complaint against tikona in consumer forum. How can you take this so lightly. I made call to customer care number of times for that. Thank you.
