Customers I'd [protected] sir my connection in last 2 month has worked only 20 days... I have called at least 200 times to your customers care no but ... Engineer visit always assigned after 5-6 days of persistent complaints then he visits after 3-4 days ...it rectify but again get stuck after a week time... U people has not the potential to provide proper internet connection ..my mobile bill has more then my tikona bill ... I am posting this email plus all my call records on all forums... Your senior supervisor mr sooraj ...mr Khandekar...laksmi... Shalini all HV given only false promises... Moreover I haven't been given right deduction in my bill amount... Sir kindly disconnect my connection as tikona hasn't has any potential to provide internet connection as compared to other services providers... I am greatly disappointed and is today applying a notice in my RWA not to take any further connection in my township... Sir tikona is most incompetent... Irresponsible... Insensitive... And poorest service provider...
