[Resolved] Tikona — Dissatisfied service | |||||
I have been suffering from log in problem since 3 days... b4 this all is well. 2 month b4 they have declared my account as a non physible and now they making us fool by saying this. since then i was still using my internet till 3 days b4...but now they have tend my sevice to D grade service since i have demanded the frezz plan continue ...now they dont help me anyway...my money are going all wasted as dissatisfaction. plz help me out atleast i need resolution. I have complained to tikona customer care as the technical person came here but he did not done completely regarding solution which is relate to installing problem and at that time i got 3.5= 4mbps all was good but the problem is moderm is not placed good as it is floating due to not proper fixing and when i called relate to solve quary after getting all details with out registering my complain they do cut my calls and makes me irritate. Just i want proper fixing so that moderm can catch latency data without floating of moderm...just provide me installment related technical person to address and provide me solution ...
