[Resolved] Tikona — Download speed issue. | |||
To whomsoever it may concern Subject: Download speed issue. This is with regards to username: [protected] and I am under the plan Rate Plan: ADBBM4M750 However, I have being facing issue with respect to Download speed. The desired download speed is 350-400Kbps as per internet stds. However, I am not even getting 50% of it. I have tried speaking to customer care executive and I haven’t received a favorable response. The representative with whom I have interacted is Mr.Sameer Dagre. I have tried connecting through the LAN cable even with this solution of bypass, I am unable to get the desired speed. I am very disappointed by the kind of after sales service given by TIKONA and would look at your co-operation and support to seek a resolution. I am hoping and looking forward to an early revertal and solution in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||
