[Resolved]  Tikona — erroneous billing for services provided

As per our telephonic talk we would like to inform you that we were in plan stdfupa_c3 earlier for the period 20/10/18 to 14/10/19 annual rent was rs. 6746.30 the rates for this plan were reduced to rs. 4722.59 with effect from 04/04/2019 that is by rs. 2, 024.00 that is almost by rs. 30% still this fact was hidden from the subscribers this was not informed to us immediately nor till today. This fact could have been easily communicated by way of email & sms or any other media but this was not informed to us purposely. As seen i have been sent a bill of rs. 4, 016.00 in which amount of rs. 469.00 only has been reduced on account of reduced plan charges from 20/09/2019 to 14/10/2019 were as this amount should be reduced from 04/04/2019 to 14/10/2019 that is 6 month and 10 days the proportionate amount comes to rs. 3, 511.00 that is approximately the bill amount should be rs. 361.00 only. We request you to please give the benefit of reduced plan rates to us immediately and please provide us with the revised amount to pay immediately so that payment can be made. Also as said by you that you update plans on the website as to how do we now as to when you have updated plans or reduced rates. It is not possible or practically feasible that we daily check your website as to when you have updated plans or reduced rates. If the company has reduced rates o[censored]pdated plans it should have been informed to me immediately by way of a email or sms which was not done hence i once again request you for a waiver of rs. 3, 511.00 please send revised bill amount payable. Also your executives are saying for reduction of rates you should visit our website is it possible to visit your website daily for looking of plan we once again request for correct amount of waiver on account of mistake made by the company and communicate us the correct bill amount so that payment can be made immediately. Delayed action on the part of the company is delaying the payment from my side. I am not getting proper responce from the company i request to take proper action otherwise will be forced to take legal action

Inspite of rates being slashed by 30% with effect from 04/04/2019 and new plans launched from 04/04/2019 with reduced rates these facts were not informed to us. When we visited the website in the month of September 2019 we came to no this facts and we immediately changes the plan so proportionate reduction was given only from September only which is not correct as the reduction in rates fact was not informed to us effect in change of plan should be given from 04/04/2019
