[Resolved] Tikona — Even after discontinuation they are giving me calls to pay | |||||
Customer care keeps calling from[protected] and drops the call when I say hello. Tikona is the worst I have seen in my life. I have discontinued them as they were not upto the mark and now they are calling me to renew the subscription forcibly. They keep telling me that they will provide technical support which they never provided when I had spoken to them on phone. They just keep giving numbers and I do not understand why they cannot keep track of the number of times we have called them. I asked them to discontinue the services when they asked me to renew the connection for another 6 months on 2nd of May. I had told them I do not intend to continue any further after my present term ends. Was this information helpful? | |||||
