Tikona — Even though full and final settlement done and also I have returned the modem and device. Still they have generated the bill this month. | |||
My Tikona account(Tikona broadband [protected]) was terminated and I got full and final settlement mail on 24 Dec 2014 stating that Billed Amount payable till (12/20/2014): Rs. 0.00/. I have returned the modem and device already and have the receipt for the same. I have attached the proof as well. But again I received two separate mails, one from [protected]@tikona.in stating that I have to pay 318 Rupees and second mail from Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in stating I have to pay 353.72 Rupees Please tell why I have to pay above said amount even though I have already disconnected and all the settlement already done. Till now, I have not received any response from them, few days back got call from Tikona saying case has been file in Delhi court against me. Please suggest me how to file case against them for mental harassment. They are not responding to mails and neither calls. I have already given them proof, even attached with the origional complaint.
