[Resolved] Tikona — Excess amount for not usage of Internet Connection | |||||
Could you please help to understand my question to your Customer care employee. I had raised my concerns regarding internet connectivity for almost 20 times since Dec'16 to Feb'17. I finally decided to terminate the connection and called Tikona Customer care on 8th Feb'17, but then I got so many calls from Technical Expert team and they promised for issue resolution, and they clearly explained me that no amount will be charged during the days of monitoring. But it went upto 3 weeks time. I clearly told them the issue not resolved at all, and told them to take the device back. Finally the engineer came to my home on 5th Mar'17 to collect the device. It is surprise that I am keep getting call from different person for amount collection of Rs.510.4/- for the usage of btw Feb month, where I didn't used Internet during these period. I have explained them clearly on call with date information and asked the revise the Final amount. But I don't think whether they understood my concern. And again send me the below email today with same amount of Rs. 510.4/- Was this information helpful? | |||||

Here the problem with full & final settlement. I got the statement to pay Rs. 510.4/-. But If I ask for connection closure on 8th Feb'17, why do I need to pay full amount? As explained your Expert Engineer promised about no charge for the days. It is clearly mistake from Tikona about recovering device and connection termination after a month of complaint raised.
I raised this concern many times with calling customer care (It is also Tolled Number, not Toll free number). And sent mail to "Appellate Authority" and no response from them till Today.
Now, I received another mail today with extra Rs. 100/- added
So what do you mean by concluded? Can you tell me clear explanation of paying this amount.
