[Resolved] Tikona — Excess bill amount | |||
Hi My Tikona connection ID is : [protected]. Tikona connection was not working since May 2015. SO from month of May 2015 I raised multiple request to Tikona for closing my account by phone and by emails. PFA of email communication. Tikona closed my account in Oct 2015. Now Tikona send me bill for non usage of internet since month of May. PFA of bill copy. Please revert back bill amount as no dues are pending from my side because I was raising multiple requests to close my account. Also Tikona should pay my deposit amount back to me.
