[Resolved] Tikona — Extortion | |||
I have Tikona BB since last 9 months, For the last couple of months the speed I am receiving is 20% of what is promised. I reached on the call center after 45 mins wait and was informed there is packet loss from the tower and circuits were overloaded since last couple of months as number of subscriber was maxed out. I proceeeded to cancellation paidup all the bills, to my surprise I get a call from there to Tikona lawyer [protected] and I am summoned in Delhi court. The reason stated is I have applied for cancellation Tikona resorts to these nature of malpractice. I have raised this complain to DoT, TRAI.
