Tikona — Extra Billing Amount of Internet Usage

3-4 months back we were frustrated due to speed of Tikona internet so we decided to stop using tikona and we requested to Tikona representative to close the connection. In response of that your representative told us to use the internet for a month and if you found the speed satisfactory then only pay and continue the service. Besides this, the speed was very slow and we again requested to stop the connection but no action were taken from Tikona and after that they started generating the bill for every month although we were not using it.Now they called us through their lawyer and forced to pay the Billing amount of Rs 1714 for which we are not eligible to pay. Now condition is, we have paid the complete amount because we dont want to include ourselves in court matter. But all the communications were happened on the phone due to which we have lack of proofs. So Í request to consumer court to take very strict action against Tikona Digital Networks and help us to get our money back. As we have already said that please close the connection but the Tikona has generated new bill with amount Rs 1714.It seems that Tikona doesn't provide service but generating bills and collecting bill amounts forcefully from customers.
Then why are you still sending the bills when we are requesting the reimbursement... How fooling things you are doing and showing your status in market
While problem in service the Engineers comes and check the device and then it will says use the internet for a month and if you found the speed satisfactory then only pay and continue the service.But problems as it is they cannot resolve it, like they are sending uneducated pepole for
resolve problems.Important thing is that they making customer fool and forcefully collecting bill amounts.

I want reimbursement for my last bill. I have already attached the screen shot. We were not using Tikona still you generated the advanced bill. Our expected reimbursed amount is 850 Rs. Please reimburse it at the earliest
