Tikona — Extremely frustrated due to multiple disconnectivity issues in last 20 days

After multiple calls to Tikona customer care in last 20 days, I am forcefully lodging a complaint for a permanent resolution. I am unable to connect to internet properly for last 20 days. Everytime I call the customer care, they confirm that there is an issue at their end and lodge a complaint and ask me to wait for 8 hrs. When the issue did not resolve in 8 hrs and I call they back again, they ask me to wait for another 24 hrs. Its been happening for last 20 days and no one is working towards providing a permanent resolution to it. I have even asked them to disconnect the services in case they are unable to help me but they ask me to wait and plead for a last chance everytime I want to raise a request for disconnection of service. The issue started on 10-Oct but it was a marginal issue which got worse day by day. I called up the customer care on 12-Oct for the connectivity issue as I was unable to connect to internet. They asked me to wait for 8 hrs. and then it started working around 8 PM. I again called the customer care on 14-Oct for same issue, they again asked me to wait for 8 hrs. after which my internet started working around 7 PM. My connectivity was on & off on 15-Oct & 16-Oct and was never constant. After which my internet did not work at all after 9 PM on 17-Oct till 2 PM the next day (18-Oct), total loss of 17 hrs. Then, it started working on 18-Oct however, it kept on disconnecting the whole day till 11 PM. On 19-Oct as well it was not an easy sight for me as my internet started working properly after 5 PM only till 7 PM and then after 11:30 PM. On 20-Oct my internet connection did not work properly till 9 PM and I was given a time frame of 8 hrs for the issue to be resolved. On 21-Oct as well my internet connection did not work properly till 7 PM and when it started working speed was really slow (I have opted for 4 MBPS speed). On 23-Oct again, I was unable to connect to internet from 9:00 AM till 4:30 PM. Then, it worked around 4:30 PM for 30-35 mins and it again stopped working till 7:30 PM. On 24-Oct & 25-Oct, my internet connection again did not work in the morning hours and started working after 5 PM. I called the customer care and logged a complaint as well. This is highly unacceptable where an Internet connection will only work at night and not during the peak/morning hours. I did not purchase my connection just to use it during night time. One of the executives also told me today that due to increase in no. o[censored]sers in my area there is a lot of load on the Tower from which I am getting the connectivity because of which I am facing this issue. If this is the case, I request you to shift my connection under some other tower as your technical executive told me that there are 2-3 towers located in my area. He also told me that this might be the reason why my connection is not working properly in morning peak hours (9 AM to 9 PM). I am forcefully writing this email at 2:00 AM at night as now the internet connectivity is somewhat fine however, these are not my regular working hours. I have lost so many days this month due to this issue and my work was also impacted which caused some penalty as well as escalations as I was unable to deliver on time because of my internet connection not working. Who will bare the cost for that?? I use this connection for my Home Office purpose and I expect it to work without any loss to my Official work as the client penalty is heavy in case the work is not delivered on time. Below are some complaints no.'s that I have raised for this issue however, I have not been provided a resolution on either one of them. Complaint no's.: 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] This is the complaint no. I raised for the waiver/compensation amount as I was unable to pay my expenses on time which incurred a penalty and received a client escalation as well due to non-payment and non-deliverable of documents on time as I was unable to connect to internet. Complaint no's.: 1-[protected], 1-[protected] & 1-[protected] I have also raised a complaint with Appellate authority (Complaint no.: 1-[protected]) but they have also not reverted on my email yet since 27-Oct-2015. I need a permanent resolution for my connectivity issue as well a waiver/compensation in my outstanding bill so that I can pay the remaining amount as soon as possible and clear my account. Hope you understand my concern and would help me in its resolution as the earliest. Waiting for an immediate response.
