[Resolved] Tikona — Facing problem o[censored]nidentified network

I'm facing problem o[censored]nidentified network from i bought to till today.its about 8 months.i registered complaint around 30 time in 8 month.whenever i call tikona care complaint registered by auto mode then u can't call till 24 hours so i have to wait for 24 hours.after 24 hours i called again, waited after 15 min (15 Rs for 15 min)transfered call to technical executive they took ur technical details nd hold call for 5-6 min(5rs) finally they tolds reset ur adaptor device.but not problem solved.they resolved problem temporary.after half an hour again showed unidentified network.again called wait for 24 hour nd...repeat again all senseless talk.

Updated by prit164 Not only issue from network .its also about speed.i get sometime 120 kbps 312 kbps instead of 1mbps.
