I have registered a complaint with tikona regarding "no internet access" issue. Today as of 2nd June is the 3day after complaint has been registered. But still no personal has come forward to address this issue. Also this is 3rd or 4th time in last 30 days that there has been a network disruption in service.
Is there no legal obligation to provide unhindered network access to customers in this time of #Digital_INDIA. And even if there is any unforseen issue, have the courtesy to provide speedy resolution. Was this information helpful? |
