[Resolved] Tikona — Failure to disconnect after request, false bills afterward and threats from Tikona collection agents calling themselves as lawyers | |
Tikona is doing the following systematically to loot consumers. Pls beware. Pls take action.
~ Poor service. If you request for disconnection, they wont listen
~ They take own time to process disconnection
~ They keep generating bills even after they own confirmation on disconnection
~ They send threat emails demanding payment for outstanding wrong bills generated
~ Any complaints wont be attended to
~ You will keep getting automated messages and calls
~ Finally you will get threat calls from collection agents calling themselves as lawyers and they demand that you pay the entire outstanding bill + legal charges else face legal action. They will say the case is already filed and put time pressure on you to pay the bill
